Kanye West Is 'Absolutely Not' Sorry For His Alleged Anti-Semitic Remarks

Kanye West doubled down on his belief that he was not sorry for his alleged anti-Semitic remarks.

The rapper caused huge controversy with his social media post in which he vowed to go “death con 3” on Jewish people. And as part of that process, he expanded on how he had been blocked out by the ‘Jewish Media.’ But any chances of the rapper changing his tune were gone during a conversation with Piers Morgan.

Kanye admitted that he had no regrets over his comments, even if he has offended a subset of the Jewish population, as shown by the Holocaust Museum. In a preview clip of the interview, Kanye was asked if he was sorry to which he replied: “No. Absolutely not.

“Yes. I fought fire with fire. I’m not here to get hosed down. That’s a different type of freedom fighter.” Despite that being the case, Kanye did concede one point.

He expanded on how he had regrets over his ‘death con 3’ comments and the manner in which they came across. This may have been done partly due to his presidential aspirations, as Kanye was seen wearing his 2024 hat.

This is bound to work against those ambitions, as the comments are going to alienate a significant amount of the electorate. Not only that, but it would give any political opponents ample ammunition to use against West.

With that being said, there was an element of backtracking. Kanye added: “You know, I will say I’m sorry for the people that I hurt with the defcon [comment] — the confusion that I caused. I feel like I caused hurt and confusion.”

The fans on social media felt that Kanye was only making things worse for himself. As a result, they advised the star to stay away from the media that was doing more damage to his reputation. One person wrote: “Dude, stop talking!”

Time will tell if this has further ramifications for Kanye. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
