Britney Spears’ mother, Lynne Spears, has begged her daughter to forgive her.
Britney Spears’ Mother Lynne Spears Begs Daughter To Forgive Her
The singer has not been on the best of terms with her mother after having endured a 13-year conservatorship. And during the course of that process, she made it very clear that she had suffered abuse.
With that being said, Britney has made it publicly clear that her parents should have gone to jail. Although Lynne did not allegedly play a formal role in the conservatorship, unlike Jamie Spears, Britney was apparently not happy that her mother did not do more since they were very close.
And yet, Lynne has now begged her daughter to forgive her so that the family can reunite. In a post to her fans on Instagram, Lynne said: “I am soooo sorry for your pain! I have been sorry for years! I love you so much and miss you!
“Britney, deep down you know how much I love and miss you! I apologize for anything and everything that’s hurt you!” This admission arrives on the back of Britney making it clear that she would want to see an apology of some sort.
In addition, sources stress that Lynne has been making every effort to get into contact with her daughter. But as that has been unsuccessful, Lynne has decided to resort to the use of social media in order to make that happen. And by the previous comments that Britney made, this could go some way to helping things.
In a prior post on Instagram, Britney remarked: “For me just a genuine apology would help give me closure but it honestly blows my mind every day of my life even after what is known what they did to me, they still act as if that’s ok.
“Their reaction it shows that I don’t have a family that values me or respects me …. AT ALL !!!” So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
