American Idol winner Just Sam, otherwise known as Samantha Diaz, was hospitalised following a mystery illness.
American Idol Winner Just Sam Was Hospitalised With A Mystery Illness
The star rose to fame when she walked away as winner of the show in 2020. But things became really worrying when Sam urged her fans for help in a post at the time which was very cryptic indeed.
In the picture here, we can see that Sam is showing a pair of weighing scales. The post was captioned by the following comments: “100 lbs is crazy. I seriously need help.”
From that moment on, there were a series of twists and turns with her health. She later admitted that things had gotten a lot better, as she was released from hospital. In the process of doing so, she thanked her fans for their support.
She added: “Thank you to everyone that checked on me. I am ALIVE and out of the hospital.” But this stability did not last very long. Sam was apparently back in hospital the next day, as there were serious concerns over what was wrong with her.
As of now, there has not been an official statement as to what the exact cause of the hospitalisation had been. Although that is understandable by virtue of the fact that Sam would want to keep things private, it has at the same time worried her fan base.
And this was reflected in the comments that followed on social media. A significant proportion of people were worried about the star’s health, and they sent their best wishes in the hope that she would be able to overcome her issues. One person wrote: “More.. Prayers. Sent.”
Hopefully, Sam is able to make a quick recovery and get back to what she does best: making great music for her fans. And that is the most important thing regardless of what others may have to say about it all.
