‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has only been back in his family’s business for about a month and is already starting to regret it. Nick has never wanted to get involved in his family’s drama, but here he is.
It has been revealed that their father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), and his crew staged a car accident in an effort to “protect” his children after accidentally killing Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) while defending his sister, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), from him.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) Convinces Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) To Bring Down Their Father?
Victor’s action only served to further muddy the story, and questions about what actually transpired were raised by everyone from Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). The Newman family has been through such a whirlwind as a result of this that Nick is starting to understand Adam’s perspective.
Although Nick and Adam usually disagree on everything, when they do agree it is something fun to watch. But IÂ believe they are correct in this regard. It’s strange that Victor did that and believed he could get away with it. Nick does not require protection, despite the fact that he thought he was doing so for his kids.
Nick and Adam should work together to overthrow their father now that the time is right. What better poetic justice? Although Victoria, the 40-year-old “daddy’s girl,” is unlikely to ever join the plan, I believe Adam and Nick are more than enough.
When they can resolve a problem, it’s like watching magic. They have demonstrated that they are very effective when working together. I don’t believe Victor would ever see it coming, especially from Nick, so if Adam can persuade Nick about their father and go after him, that might be the ideal strategy.
What do you think? Has Adam convinced Nick to go after Victor and will they be able to take him down with just the two of them? Let us know in the comments below.
