Paul Wesley, who is best known for being on ‘The Vampire Diaries,’ has reportedly split up from his wife Ines de Ramon.
The Vampire Diaries: Paul Wesley And Ines de Ramon Split After Three Years Of Marriage
The duo met each other in 2018 during which they came out as an item on Instagram. A year later, they decided to take things to the next level by getting married. While that may have been the case, the three years of marriage have now come to an end as both sides have decided to go their separate ways.
And by the looks of it, this was in the offing for some time. In an official statement given on behalf of the couple, a representative told People magazine the following: “The decision to separate is mutual and occurred five months ago. They request privacy at this time.”
It is not exactly clear what led to the break up, but outside of an alternative explanation to the contrary, it could have been due to the following reasons. First of all, they may simply have had different priorities in their lives. Therefore, it made no sense for them to continue going ahead with the way that things were.
After all, Paul is 38-years-old, while Ines de Ramon is 29. Secondly, since the break up occurred quite some time ago and there has still been no reconciliation, then it suggests that there must have been some irreconcilable differences.
Regardless of what the case may be, things are not looking good for Paul. This split adds to his previous failed marriage with Torrey DeVitto. They had been married for two years before they parted ways in 2013.
Naturally, therefore, there are question marks over whether or not Paul will be able to settle down at some point in the future. Time will tell how things play out, but based on what we have seen so far, perhaps Paul needs to take some time out and reconsider what he wants. So there you have it folks.
