‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers show that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) was contacted by Child Protective Services, who then showed up at his door to question him and Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) about what was going on and whether he was playing with a knife.
Of course, the allegations were demonstrably false; the real issues are who did it and why. All attention immediately turned to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), who has stated that, should the situation warrant it, she would contact CPS on behalf of Thomas. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), as a result, called and questioned her.
‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) Questions Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), But Is She Innocent?
Honestly, I don’t believe she made the call. She appeared surprised and a little taken aback, and if she had actually done it, I believe she would have been a little more acting emotional. She tried to conceal her life by overplaying it.
There is no doubt that this was done to undermine her and paint her as the villain. I can think of only one person right away: Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). She has been painting Brooke aggressively, so this would be the ideal way to not only make her look bad but also to oddly assist her brother.
Did Steffy use the voice changer Douglas was playing with to alter her voice so it sounded more like Brooke when she called, making things even harder to track down? She might have been held accountable if she had called in her usual voice.
If she covered it and altered it with the voice changer, Brooke would be in an even worse situation. I think this is definitely what happened, and Brooke will have a very hard time talking herself out of this one. She will now also have to answer to Ridge, which may spell the end of their union. Steffy might have achieved her goals in a single phone call. Getting her parents back together, getting in Brooke’s face, and helping her brother.
