Little People, Big World patriarch, Matt Roloff announced a few months ago that he was selling the family pumpkin farm. This was pretty shocking to many people, especially his children. He apparently made the announcement to his family in an email and this made them feel as if they had been deceived. With the sale of the farm on everyone’s mind, it is still pumpkin season and the family is gearing up for the busiest season ever!
‘Little People, Big World’ Spoilers: Has The Farm Sold?
Matt recently posted on his Instagram and wanted to share an update with his fans on what was going on with the farm. Pumpkin season is the biggest and busiest time of year for the farm and the Roloffs are all gearing up for it. Matt announced that he was in need of some helping hands and basically told his fans that he was hiring some strong and hard-working folks.

This made his fans think that he was throwing shade at his sons, Zach Roloff and Jeremy Roloff because they are not currently helping at the farm, but his son, Jacob Roloff is.
Just this week, Matt posted a video on his Instagram account. In the video, he is driving through the fields and we can see Jacob working with a few other men. He tells fans, “Yes, we’re having a pumpkin patch. That’s what we’re setting up right now. That’s why we’re working our butts off day and night. We’ve been doing this, I think, for about 20 years now. In fact, we should probably be celebrating our 20th year.”
Matt has had a lot of fans ask questions about the farm and if it has sold yet. He did have a fan asked him “How different is it going to be from every other pumpkin season with the property divided?” Matt told them, “Not very different at all because the other side hasn’t sold yet!”
This is pretty shocking to fans, but they are also curious if it doesn’t sell soon, will Matt end up keeping it and then giving it to one of his sons? Will he continue to share more information about the pumpkin season and how well they are doing?
