The pair’s romance was very brief, as they went their separate ways last year. While that may have been the case, it seems they have remained on very good terms. After all, a source at the time of the split had stated: “She likes him as a friend, but doesn’t want a relationship. She doesn’t want the association that they are dating.”
And so that sentiment showed in the following video. In the video here, we can see that Kanye is hugging Irina. They have massive smiles on their faces and could not be any happier. The rapper can be heard saying the following: “I got you!”
And yet, it is important to put that ‘hug’ into context. Kanye was hugging several other models during the process. This included Bella Hadid and Stella Maxwell. Therefore, his actions could have simply been done in order to show politeness, as opposed to being flirty.
In addition, the meeting was very brief which suggests Kanye was not interested in taking things further. Nevertheless, the rapper showed that he still had time for Irina. Kanye also went on to share a clip of Irina walking down the catwalk, as it was clear that he is a big fan of her fashion even if they are no longer together.
The fans on social media could not help but feel there was still an element of chemistry between the pair. A certain subset of people highlighted the manner in which Irina would interact with Kanye. One person wrote: “Damn I wish someone looks at me like Irina looks at Kanye lol.”
