CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are set to kick off a new week and it looks like there are going to be some difficult choices for some characters to make.
While some of these feel like they should be expected, there are a couple of potential twists coming our way that could liven things up.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Interesting terms
‘Young and the Restless’ are curious why Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) would suddenly turn on Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), especially with Nick feeling a new connection with him.
One reason that came to mind is they could be doing this to help save Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope)’s job.
Nick made it clear he’s doesn’t want her fired nor take her place, so it makes sense he’d try to find a way to placate Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) before he throws his typical “I’m the boss!” fit.
Victoria may not want Adam back, but we think she’ll be on team Sally this time, and the two of them will try to figure out a way to show Sally’s so much better than Adam so Victor will have to change his mind.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Bold move
Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is through dealing with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James)’s inability to see beyond what he feels works and quit.
But there’s another aspect to this that could prove interesting.
While Devon has the experience, his company lost money when it was buoyed by his billions and everyone else is on board with Nate’s ideas.
So, there’s a chance Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will hear what’s been going on and either demand they find harmony or more precise, for Devon to realize it’s not just him anymore.
This could give Nate more bargaining power than he expected and he’ll still have a choice to leave or stay and try to work things out with Devon.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Lily’s problem
While the company deals with internal strife, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will be trying to come to terms with Jill’s idea to take the company public instead of keeping it in the family.
What’s more curious is companies tend to go public to pay off debts and expand. It’s an aggressive move that could backfire and take away control from them via a board of directors.
Is there a hidden reason behind Jill wanting to go public? Let us know in the comments below and check back with ‘Young and the Restless’ for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
