90 Day Fiancé couple, Mohamed Abdelhamed and Yvette Arellano got married shortly after he moved to the United States to be with her. They met online and fell in love and Yve went to Egypt to visit him and then they decided to get married. Soon, he moved to New Mexico to be with Yve and this is when it all went wrong.
90 Day Fiancé: The Tell-All Disaster
After the second part of the 90 Day Fiancé Tell-All, Yve got on camera and told viewers that she had found some text messages between Mohamed and another woman. These texts were very inappropriate and Yve was crushed. Mohamed then got on camera and told viewers that he had made a terrible mistake by texting this woman who was a friend at first, but became more as they started talking.

Shortly after the Tell-All aired, there was audio released of a fight that the couple had and the fight in question was when Mohamed wanted charges against her filed. The charges ended up being dropped because of the manner in which Yve was arrested. From the looks of the fight, it was completely set up by Mohamed and this was his way to try and get a U-visa. A U-visa is given when the immigrant in the couple can claim mental or physical abuse at the hand of their spouse. This is exactly what he was trying to do to Yve.
Yve’s lawyer, Kathleen Martinez wanted to share her own opinion about what she thinks is next for Mohamed and if he will receive his green card. She said, “The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services denies so many people that have so many bonafide claims. They will already know from my firm that he has attempted immigration fraud, so I don’t think he will have a chance. It is up to the government if they want to pursue anything in court. But if they suspect him of fraud, they have every discretion to put him into removal proceedings and deport him.” Yve has accused him many times of trying to commit immigration fraud and she is happy with her team of all female lawyers.
Yve has been pretty quiet on social media these days and we will continue to keep an eye on her Instagram account to see if she adds any new information about the case. Many of her fans feel that she is being quiet about this for legal reasons.
