This all arrived at the back end of a certain subset of the fan base accusing Diana of having gotten the aid of social media bot accounts in order to post racist comments towards Garcelle Beauvais’ son Jax who is just 14.
This led to a massive cyberbullying scandal with Jax coming out to state that he was still a child and did not want to be exposed to such behaviour. While that may have been the case, Diana denied doing anything of the sort.
In her comments at the time, she said: “I have been accused of instigating the hateful and inexcusable cyber bullying of Garcelle’s son. Nothing could be further from the truth.” Nevertheless, that was not enough to satisfy the trolls online.
As a result, Diana has decided to hire an extensive security team that follows her everywhere she goes. Although some may argue that this is an extreme response towards online attacks, Diana is not leaving anything to chance and has taken all the necessary precautions to make sure that she is protected.
A source confirmed the following: “Diana’s team of security experts advised her to hire four personal bodyguards as they believe credible death threats have been made. The bodyguards are 24/7. She’s taking every precaution she can to protect herself and her family.”
The fans on social media did not have a lot of sympathy towards Diana. People were of the view that Jax was the real victim who had suffered in all of this, which is where the attention should be.
One person wrote: “So now she’s the victim, not the 14 year old the bots were sending threatening and racists comments to. nice PR spin.” Hopefully, going forward, Diana will not need to take these measures.
