Prince Harry has been heavily criticised for turning his back on the Royal family.
Prince Harry Accused Of Turning His Back On His Family-‘He’s Chucked All Of That In The Bin’
This was characterised by a chorus of boos, as they exited the ‘Service of Thanksgiving’ a St Paul’s Cathedral. And his hasty departure ultimately summed up a very difficult return with several members of the public not happy with his behaviour.
One such person said the following: “It’s turning your back on your family in a way, and you’ve got to stick with your family. You can’t help who you fall in love with, and he has a right to go out with whoever he wants, [but] Harry and Meghan, I think they’ve gone a bit over the top.”
This was equally summed up by a recent poll which suggested that 71% of people did not view Harry and Meghan in a positive light. And yet, this poll should be taken with a pinch of salt for the following reasons.
First of all, as the pair are no longer in the UK, it was always going to be difficult to maintain a good public image by virtue of the fact that they were absent from the country. Secondly, the fact that their Oprah Winfrey interview divided the British and American public, this was bound to have had an impact in some way.
Much in the same way, another member of the public questioned whether Harry would end up regretting his decision later down the line: The person stated: “He had the Army stuff, and he was really out there with people.
“He’s chucked all of that in the bin over, essentially, a bird. He’s like the king of ‘I’ve got someone, see you later, I’m off’.” As long as Harry is happy, then that is the most important thing. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
