Gina Kirschenheiter has been accused of pushing her boyfriend Travis Mullen down the stairs.

That is according to Travis’ ex-wife, Meghan Mullen. The latter does happen to know Travis well by virtue of the fact that they did raise three children during their marriage. And as part of that process, Meghan is still very much involved when it comes to co-parenting.
With that being said, the court documents allege that the incident had occurred during the course of a fight. It is claimed that the incident had occurred in April, as things became physical in the presence of Travis’ daughter Presley, who just so happens to be 10-years-old.
In the documents, Meghan is reported to have said the following: “Presley went out of the room to investigate. Travis was yelling that Gina was an alcoholic. Presley witnessed Gina push Travis down the stairs, banging [his] head on the wall, and throwing hairs [sic] and pictures off the wall.”
Nevertheless, Gina has denied doing anything of the sort. That should hardly come as a surprise since she has spoken about being a survivor of domestic violence in the past. After all, Gina’s ex-husband Matt Kirschenheiter had pleaded guilty to battery last year.
Therefore, the last thing you would expect to hear is a domestic violence survivor then carrying out abuse. And that is precisely how Gina viewed things. In an official statement given on behalf of Gina, a representative said: “These claims are without merit.
“This is a false narrative that [Meghan] is trying to paint about Gina, who is a domestic abuse survivor.” And yet, Travis does appear to have his own concerns about Meghan.
This latest claim against Gina arrived in the aftermath of Travis requesting an investigation into Meghan on the basis that she was allegedly violating their custody agreement, thus preventing Travis from seeing his kids.
