On 90 Day Fiancé, Patrick Mendes has finally brought his fiancé home to Texas and things have not started to go as well as they wanted them to. Thais Ramone was excited about coming to Texas to live with Patrick and she was a little nervous about living with his brother as well.
90 Day Fiancé: The Living Situation
When Thais moved in, she saw a beautiful home. Patrick’s home is worth about $1 million and John lives on the second floor. Thais told the cameras, “I’m not enjoying this house because Patrick already did the plans without consulting me. I don’t like the fact that John is occupying the entire second floor, so we’re left with the small part downstairs. I’m not feeling at home.”
90 Day Fiancé: Thais Ramone and Patrick Mendes Fight Over Living Situation
Thais feels like she doesn’t have a lot of room in the house and it is small, but Patrick reminds her of how small her house was in Brazil. Moving into this new house, even the brothers are thrown off by their feelings about it and what they wanted. John tells his brother, “It’s a small house, not even close.” Patrick replies, “I’m hoping when everything is moved out and maybe the boxes are gone and we figure out where the furniture goes, she sees that it’s a lot bigger.” John adds, “I hope that’s not a character thing like she’s expecting a mansion from you.”
Patrick tells his brother that it may not be a character thing, but a way for her to tell him that she doesn’t want his brother living there.
When Thais and Patrick start to talk more about the house, Patrick tells her, “You need to open your eyes, my love.” Then he tells the cameras, “I don’t have patience if Thais is unsatisfied with the house. Like, zero. I grew up in a trailer park and it was with six people, which means everyone was sharing bathrooms. Coming from that perspective, it just pisses me off, and it’s a huge red flag for me.” He then drops it on Thais that “if you don’t like that, then this isn’t gonna work.”
We will have to keep a close eye on this situation to see if Thais and Patrick will actually make it. It seems that Patrick is going to have to make a choice between his brother or his fiancé. Tune into 90 Day Fiancé on Sunday nights on TLC. It airs at 8 p.m. EST.
