This revelation arrives on the back end of some major controversies that Christine was involved in. The star was accused of lying about a positive Covid test, so that she could avoid appearing on the reunion show.

This was the view of Selling Sunset star Mary Fitzgerald, as she was adamant that Christine had tested negative prior to the reunion on two occasions. Not only that, but other allegations emerged from Emma Hernan.

The former accused Christine of bribing one of her clients with $5,000, so that the client would not work with her. With so much having happened, it is safe to say that the writing was on the wall for Christine. A source said: “It was Christine’s decision to leave the Oppenheim Group.”

With that being said, steps have already been undertaken for the firm to distance itself from Christine. Her bio has reportedly been removed from the company’s website, as well as her work history.

Despite the negativity surrounding Christine, if her previous comments are anything to go by, then the decision to leave may not have been based on the scandals. In fact, it could have been more to do with the business side of things.

She had previously spoken on how the firm was not modernising when it came to the use of cryptocurrency. As a result, she was of the view that she could not do her job in a manner that would have contributed to more success.

In a prior interview with Forbes, Christine remarked: “A lot of brokerages are very wary about accepting crypto because they don’t understand the inner workings of it, so that’s why it’s very difficult for agents to do these transactions.”

It is safe to say that Christine will be opening up about this in due time once the dust settles. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
