This would be the last thing that you would expect to hear since they are from two different worlds. Erika, for her part, is a reality TV star who has most recently made the headlines after having been accused of embezzling funds.
Meanwhile, Meghan is known for working as a talk show host and a columnist. And yet, they managed to find common ground over the fact they know what it is like to feel ‘hated.’ In her comments on the ‘Reality with The King’ podcast, Meghan said: “[She is a] personal friend for real.
“[We have a bond] over being hated. She knows what it feels like to have the world feel you’re, whatever — crazy dismissive and things.” But outside of having that understanding, the pair do actually get on. Meghan expanded on how she intended to invite Erika to her baby shower in order to perform.
However, things did not go to plan simply because of the onset of the pandemic. Although that was the case, Erika was still on the list of the most important people in Meghan’s life, as the latter confided her personal life moments to her.
Meghan stated: “She’s one of the first people I told I was pregnant! She’s a lovely person…We’re real friends. I will ride for her forever.” The fans on social media were not too pleased about this. People were of the view that both of them had to clean up their acts.
But in the process of doing that, having a friendship based on understanding hatred was not going to help matters. One person wrote: “I hope the bonding offers real moments of reflection on why that might be. I’m sure it doesn’t feel good to be disliked.”
