90 Day Fiancé: Former Bodybuilder Patrick Mendes’ Makes $1,000 a Day, This Is How

If you have been watching 90 Day Fiancé, you’ve seen Patrick Mendes by now. He is now trying to settle in with his fiancé,  Thais Ramone. She has just arrived in Texas from Brazil and we are looking forward to seeing how this goes.

90 Day Fiancé: Patrick’s Past

We learned that Patrick had some Olympic goals and dreams as a bodybuilder. He got involved with a woman, who he says destroyed his life and then he let it out that he tested positive for steroids. First, he was banned for two years from the U.S. National Team, but when he tested positive again for steroids, he was banned for life. When his dreams were crushed, he felt that he had to start over with a new career.

90 Day Fiancé: Former Bodybuilder Patrick Mendes’ Career Change Helps Him Live a Lavish Life

As viewers watched the last episode of the show, they realized that he was driving a Tesla. By looking at his home, he is living a very lavish lifestyle. What is he doing for work now and how is he making so much money?

We have learned that Patrick has traveled many times to see Thais and that is not cheap! Patrick mentioned his new career on the show. He is selling home alarm systems door to door. On his LinkedIn profile, it is listed that he works with Vivint Smart Home. He is the general manager of the company and it looks like he has been working for them since 2013. He has clearly worked up in the ranks and knows how to hustle.

It looks like he has always been in sales because his LinkedIn mentions selling cars as well. In his bio, he has mentioned that he has a team that works with him to sell security systems. The company has earned millions of dollars and this is one of the reasons that he has made so much money selling these systems. As a general manager of the company, it has been calculated that he could possibly make well over $100,000 a year! This number could be even higher depending on the amount of commission he gets from the sales. He does offer sales coaching for others on Cameo and it looks as if he has been doing this for years too.

Patrick knows how to hustle and we’re here for it! We applaud him for picking himself up after such a tough time in his life. He has owned up to his mistakes and for that, we commend him.

To see more of Patrick and Thais, tune into 90 Day Fiancé on Sundays at TLC at 8 p.m. EST.
