However, there are a couple of things that will be. Here’s what you need to know.
Peacock ‘Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem’ Spoilers: Beyond Salem returns!
First, ‘Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem’ spoilers reveal this will be another five-part season. According to reports, the first episode will stream on July 11th, with a new episode each day that week. So, it’s following the same format basically. It’s just the date didn’t accidentally leak ahead of time for what they’re billing as Chapter 2.
As usual, you can expect a lot of familiar faces in this one. Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) will return, as will Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn). This time, they’ll be joined by Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans). Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) will also be a part of Chapter 2, along with Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) and Li Shin (Remington Hoffman).

As for the plot, the synopsis reveals another story that will take place in multiple locations, ranging from Monte Carlo to Hong Kong. It will apparently center around a reunion that goes wrong when a mystery antagonist comes along to wreak havoc.
The cast list and description tells us a couple of things. One, we’re pretty sure the possession arc will be over by then, with Ciara, Ben, and baby safe and sound. Also, with the including of Shin and Gabby, we can tell she hasn’t been ousted as CEO yet. But this isn’t the biggest news!
Peacock ‘Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem’ Spoilers: Beyond Salem brings big surprise!
Fans have been asking for this for a long time. And now they’re going to get their way. It seems Kristian Alfonso will return as Hope Brady in the mini-series. Which, we think is about time. Whether Alfonso or some other actress, Hope had to be dealt with at some point.
It seems ridiculous that her daughter is now married, pregnant, and Hope hasn’t shown up once to see her in person? Especially when the devil is after her grandchild? You can only use that “missed the flight” excuse so many times. But the news gets bigger.
It seems Hope won’t be alone. Peter Reckell will return as well, reprising his role as Bo Brady. This seems like it might be a great excuse for Hope’s absence, as well. If her believed-dead love is actually alive, that would definitely take up one’s time.
And could there be a DiMera connection to his return somehow? Lord knows Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) has brought enough people back from the brink. We’ll see how they explain this one, but we can’t wait to see these two in action.
