On 90 Day: The Single Life, Big Ed Brown sat down with his mother, in the new trailer, and tried to get some advice on love and happiness.
90 Day Fiancé: The Single Life – Ed’s Mother’s Sage-Like Advice
Ed has struggled with dating and love since we first saw him with Rosemarie Vega on 90Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. Then we saw him on The Single Life with Liz Woods and now he is back in the dating scene. He talked to his mother, Norma about her ideas on his lack of finding love.

He told her all about his last date, “Her name is Mia. She’s 42, and it felt really good to be sitting across on a date, with an adult. I’m hopeful but I’ve been texting her, you know, kind of a lot, and she’s not responding. She’s kind of ghosting me so I don’t even know if there’ll be a second date.”
His mother then tells him, “Give it time, maybe she’ll call you back, or maybe she’s not the one. But think of this experience, how much you learned. Now you know you’re looking for somebody closer to your age.
So you start dating again, perhaps you can find somebody with a good upbringing, look for somebody perhaps Latino like me. Latina women are faithful to their husbands, faithful to each other. That’s so important, that’s what you want. That’s what I’m wishing for you.”
Ed does agree with his mother on this one and then tells her, “I would love to have that for me, I would love to find someone that wants to be a wife.” He also mentions that he is tired of dating younger women and is ready to move on to a woman that is closer his age. He wants something that is real and he does want to find a wife.
Of course, this season of the Single Life was filmed before Liz and Ed got engaged, but it looks like we will see a lot more of his dating life and their love story on this season of the show. The couple had a lot of struggles and it looks like we will see it all on the show.
