Trisha Paytas posted a ultrasound update, apparently she is 11 weeks, and Moses was with her. We got to see the ultrasound and now the baby is starting to look like an actual baby. Trisha said that the last time she went to the doctor she was concerned about her blood pressure because it was a little high, however this time her blood pressure was good, she had gained 3lbs but that’s baby weight and to be expected now that she’s pregnant.

Of course, in this vlog Moses goes to the appointment with her, which was good to see. We were wondering where he was in the last car vlog, but as long as he’s there for the appointments and the important things she can do a couple of car vlogs by herself.

She discussed some things about her spiritual journey, like she still has books on Bhuddism and DBT, a visualization technique where one visualizes one’s problems as birds and they fly away. (Interesting concept, we’ve never heard of that one.)

She also said sometimes she just likes to meditate in complete darkness and focus on her breathing, it helps. Hey, if it’s helping, more power to her. She said on the plane to Dubai she was worried that the turbulence was going to hurt her baby but apparently meditation helped.

She also discussed what labor was going to be like, breathing techniques and even talked about going to a lamaze class but said that she felt like “no one does that anymore”, since the pandemic people really haven’t been discussing lamaze classes, she has a point. Are they passe, though?

No, babies are born naturally every day so lamaze classes definitely have their place in the world, it just seems that large gatherings are passe now that there’s a pandemic going on. The thing is, if Trisha used google she could always google virtual lamaze classes – we did an apparently that is indeed a thing.

It makes sense, now that large gatherings are pretty much a thing of the past and zoom calls exist, it would be only natural that the birthing process would evolve along with the rest of the world. We’ll see how long it takes Trisha to catch on. Stay tuned!!!
