Pete Davidson is reportedly not letting Kanye West’s social media antics get the better of him.
Pete Davidson Is Staying Calm Amid Kanye West’s Social Media Antics-‘He’s A Very Cool And Chill Guy’
Most recently, Kanye has stopped attacking Pete directly but has decided to focus on the impact his divorce has had with Kim Kardashian. This included him sharing two poems, one of which described the scenario of him being dead.
While it is clear that Kanye is going through something, Pete is only focused on making sure that he can be there for Kim in the best possible way. A source said: “Pete is being as calm and cool as possible, but it’s not a comfortable thing. This is not his scene. He’s a very cool and chill guy.”
And Pete would have had to be this calm in light of Kanye’s recent music video. He had showcased himself burying the comedian alive after which he defended the video on the basis that it was art.
Although Pete might seem to be cool with it all, the same cannot be said of Kim. After all, she had publicly urged the rapper to stop with his social media attacks, something which went over his head.
The source added: “This is a big reason why Kim is so upset and why she texted Kanye in the first place, [to stop the social media posts.] It’s not fair to Pete or her what he’s been doing.”
The social media response was full of praise for the comedian. People were of the view that Pete must really care for Kim, given that he had managed to keep his cool for so long. After all, if they were in a similar position, there is no guarantee that they would behave like Pete.
One person wrote: “Pete Davidson really a calm mf. Cause the way Kanye acting…. I would been getting disrespectful. He must really like Kim to not be feeding into Kanye bs.” Time will tell how long Pete and Kanye will be able to keep up their respective approaches.
