Chaney Jones Denies That She Is A Kim Kardashian Look-Alike
Chaney, for her part, burst immediately onto the scene when she was pictured alongside Kanye West at numerous important events including the premiere of his Netflix documentary entitled ‘Jeen-Yuhs.’
And as part of that process, it was very clear that she had some similarities to Kim. This was particularly in reference to her clothing which was similar to that of Kim’s Skims brand. Although that may be the case, the very fact of the matter is that Chaney denied anything of the sort.
In an interview with TMZ, she said: “No [I don’t look like her], not really.” This is hardly a surprise for the following reasons. First of all, Chaney is not likely to admit such a thing given that it will take away from building her own brand.
After all, not many people can compete with Kim, so there would be no point in trying to mimic her. Secondly, there could also be the possibility that Chaney does not want to give Kim any extra clout. It is no secret that Kanye is not on good terms with Kim, so the last thing she will want to do is bring her up in any way.
And that is precisely what Chaney hinted. She added: “No, we don’t speak about her.” And yet, Chaney refused to comment on what she thought about Kanye’s recent social media attacks against Kim and Pete Davidson. Nevertheless, the fans had a lot to say about Chaney.
A significant majority of people praised Chaney for not bashing Kim, as she could have easily become overwhelmed by the attention she was getting. This is because she was hardly a household name prior to hooking up with Kanye and getting caught up in this social media storm.
One person wrote: “She’s so nice, if it were another woman, she’d have said shit about Kim but she seems humble and just on her lane.” Chaney has plenty of time to write her own chapter. With that being said, it will be fascinating to see where she turns her attention to next.
