NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal we’re still on a break. As The Olympics continue on, though, we still have DOOL content to look forward to. Namely, the promos the PTB are putting out. Each one features a cast member as their character, breaking the fourth wall to tell us what’s to come. Let’s see what Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) has to say.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Good news
First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate Chad says there is good news and bad news. The good, of course, being a returning pair. That would be Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker). While he doesn’t say specifically whether this is a long-term thing or a short visit, it should be memorable either way. Chad goes on about his best friends returning, but there is a downside to this.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Bad news
Namely, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart). Yes, the character will be returning. And it looks like WilSon’s time in Salem comes with an ulterior motive. We don’t know what’s happened in the time since Beyond Salem, but things must’ve taken an interesting turn as far as Leo’s concerned.
See, WilSon and Chad’s happy reunion turns a bit sour when the couple talks about exploiting Leo’s weakness. And it’s obvious his clear interest in Chad is the weakness they’re talking about. Chad’s facial expression is awesome, by the way. We especially, however, love the bit of a whine in his voice as he tells the pair, “I thought we were friends.”
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Anticipation
So, there are a couple of reasons why we can’t wait to see Leo back and what this might mean for the characters. ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal Chad got pulled into the mystery in Beyond Salem. And to help find the missing jewels, he had to do something he was clearly not happy about.
You’d have to check out the miniseries to see exactly what. Because it is a priceless moment. And we’re pretty sure Chad might want to keep that under wraps, despite how he seemed to enjoy the mission a bit. Maybe he felt he enjoyed it too much?
In any case, we’re curious to see what lengths Chad might go to in hopes of avoiding embarrassment. Also, we’ve noticed a bit of a trend. While Chad calls Leo a “tool” in the promo, he acknowledges there are plenty out there who like him. And that might have influenced how Leo played a part in both Beyond Salem and A Very Salem Christmas. So, will he have a significant and ironic role yet again? We’ll see.
