General Hospital spoilers for the week of February 7th reveal Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) worst nightmare is now reality. Plus, we’ll see another hunt for Peter August (Wes Ramsey) as well as more on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his relationship with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital spoilers: Bad news
So, General Hospital spoilers reveal the very think Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Maxie feared has come to pass. On Friday, we saw Bailey/Louise went missing from her crib. This week, Brook Lynn will be distraught and say, “This can’t be happening.” But it looks like she’ll manage to get it together enough to call Maxie with the news. We assume this will happen Monday, as a lot of these promo teasers happen within the first couple of days.
General Hospital spoilers: The hunt goes on. And on. And on…
In other news, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) seems to be taking this latest turn of events hard. He’ll say, “Seems like the bad guy’s winning.” However, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) doesn’t seem to share that opinion. He swears, “There is no way in Hell Peter is getting away this time.” We’ll see about that one. Like we’ve said before, we’ll believe Peter is finally getting his due when we actually see him locked up with no one to help, or actually see a dead body that is tested over and over to confirm he’s actually dead. You know, since a couple of medical professionals mistook him for dead before. Two who shall remain nameless, as they are technically to blame for Peter still causing chaos. After all, Peter’s fall down the stairs could easily have been explained away as a struggle that went wrong. Could’ve save everyone a lot of trouble. But what can ya do?
General Hospital spoilers: Decision time
Finally, General Hospital spoilers reveal this could be a big moment in the Corinthos marriage. A voiceover says the stakes have never been higher as we see a shot of Sonny and Carly. So, it looks like she might show up at the Haunted Star after all. But we’re not sure how much talking will actually happen. After all, Dante was hurt in the line of duty and Peter is on the run again. So, we believe that will put working things out on the backburner.
Of course, this could be the beginning of the reconciliation. After all, Carly does apparently go to see him, even if it was an emergency situation. She could have sent Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) or someone else to give him the news.
