We’ve been waiting with Trisha Paytas since 2009 for it to happen, and finally, over the weekend, it did. Trisha Paytas got married to fiance now husband, Moses Hacmon.
Honestly, we all thought it was a joke for the longest time and that something would happen and it wouldn’t actually happen (you OG fans will know that Trisha is not above doing wedding photoshoots for the clickbait, she’s done it before) but no, this one was actually real, Trisha is really married, all of those videos of her crying on her kitchen floor about various has-been celebrities that she’s dated can now be things of the past, because there’s only one man who’ll make her cry on her kitchen floor now.
…And that’s Moses.
There was also drama wondering about if Ethan Klein and wife (now sister-in-law) Hila was going to crash the wedding. Hila and Moses’ Mom came but Ethan’s and his parents did not end up going. Ethan was a given, due to the drama that went down between he and Trisha, however, there is also the fact that Hila is pregnant and she probably doesn’t want to expose herself and her baby to a big celebration during a pandemic.
Trisha Paytas finally gets married
(Although let’s hope everyone at the wedding was vaccinated.) Speaking of exposed, Ethan said on his podcast, “Hila’s Mom is in town, I forget why.” when his co-hosts started laughing he said, ‘What? I’m not allowed to talk about it!” although one could clearly gather that he meant Trisha’s wedding.
As for Trisha, on her wedding day she didn’t post all over social media, rather just videos of her wedding slippers and her wedding nails (which looked like what would happen if Queen Elsa decided to get a full drag manicure, but that’s just my own opinion.)
Trisha’s wedding dress was a black, glittery thing complete with veil that kind of shocked most people considering black is not a very common color to get married in but I’ve heard the phrase, “If you wear black you never go back to the altar” before, so maybe Trisha has heard the same thing?
Also a lot of people were asking why on earth Trisha chose The Four Seasons hotel for her wedding venue when she was a millionaire, but hotel wedding or not she said she was spending $1500 per guest on her wedding – yike! You have to cut corners somewhere, folks!
Much like Kate Middleton, Trish had not one, but two wedding dresses. The infamous black wedding dress and then there was a shorter, white one with black trim. Then she danced with Moses to her song “I love you Moses” and then they did a duet “This is what dreams are made of” from the Lizzie McGuire movie.
Trisha’s florist was apparently trolling her though because she specifically told them she didn’t want a white boquet, but at the very end she was given two choices, a red boquet of what seemed to be grocery store flowers, or a white boquet, and even though she had said no white boquets, she ended up choosing that one anyway. (A red boquet with a black wedding dress would have been way too scene kid for words.)
But Trisha almost had a runaway groom situation on her hands. Somehow, on the day of the wedding, Moses’ white shirt ended up not fitting him (even though both he and Trisha had had tons of fittings prior to the wedding, so that’s suspicious) so Moses tried to get in his car and leave to go find a white shirt somewhere.
However he was stopped at the door by the valets because Trisha had called down to the front desk and demanded that Moses not be allowed to leave.
However, later on in the wedding video Moses cleared up the misunderstanding in a completely awkward conversation with Trisha… we’ll leave that there for now. Yike. Congratulations to the happy couple. Stay tuned!!!
