Former ‘Bachelor’ star Jubilee Sharpe has managed to come to an agreement with the authorities and strike a plea deal in relation to a recent case of driving under the influence.

According to reports, Jubilee had pleaded guilty last week for reckless driving as well as refusing to sign a summons for the charge.
But after having worked out a resolution, it seems that her DIU charge has now been removed. As such, the only thing that she will have on her record is the case of reckless driving.
That does not mean that she is out of the woods just yet. It is claimed that she will have to undergo a period of probation for around 12 months.
According to TMZ, Jubilee will have to do the following: “She’ll have to complete a DUI education course, attend a victim impact session, do 75 hours of community service … and pay hundreds in fines.”
This is mixed news for the following reasons. First of all, she is lucky that she will not have to do any jail time as a result of her reckless conduct.
And yet, the very fact of the matter is that she has ended up with a criminal record which is bound to have an influence on her career going forward.
Secondly, in any event, any chances of her making a name for herself on reality TV are going to be severely hampered now that she has been associated in a story like this. And to add insult to injury, Jubilee has had to suffer without her car.
TMZ added: “Jubilee will also be without her car for over a week, and when she does get it back … it’ll have an ignition interlock device, to make sure she isn’t boozing and driving.”
The only thing that Jubilee can do is make sure that she learnt from this going forward. She has managed to avoid any jail time and that should be a wake-up call for her to get her life in order. Time will tell whether she ends up doing that moving forward in her life.
