As late as October 13th, 2021, Kyle Rittenhouse was enrolled in ASU University, doing his prerequisites for nursing, however, he said due to the stress of his upcoming trial he took a “compassionate withdrawal” from the two online classes that he was in.
Apparently ASU doesn’t vet students for prior criminal history, because even convicted killers behind bars can take online classes. We all know how the Rittenhouse trial ended, he was acquitted on all accounts and a jury declared the murders self-defense while he was being attacked.
Arizona Student Organization Vows To OUST Kyle Rittenhouse From Arizona State University (ASU) After Not Guilty Verdict
But the court of public opinion and several student organizations on campus at ASU are not so easily convinced. They want Kyle Rittenhouse permanently banned from ever attending ASU and branded a ‘racist killer’ in the process.
At the time of his trial, Rittenhouse had stated that he was studying nursing at ASU – well, apparently not anymore. As of just today, Kyle Rittenhouse is no longer enrolled at the University.
In his most recent interview with Tucker Carlson, Rittenhouse had stated that he wanted to attend ASU as a nursing student as part of a ‘quiet, stress-free life’. It looks like realistically, such a life is never going to be possible for Rittenhouse, especially if the student organizations have it their way.
There are other places he could go to school, obviously, but it looks like he’s going to have to go completely online even if he does find a University that will accept him. The thing is, most people Kyle’s age who are on-campus at Universities don’t look too kindly on the types of things that Kyle did, so while his actions may be excusable to a certain demographic… his peers have basically shunned him.
They don’t want anything to do with him, and from a university president’s standpoint – we’d be hard-pressed to think of a university who’s alumni would be proud to boast the likes of Kyle Rittenhouse. No matter the circumstances, it looks like Rittenhouse is not being forgiven for his sins anytime soon.
Hey, he’s still got a job offer with Matt Gaetz, or maybe he could be an intern for Fox News. He said that he’s also considered going into law and honestly that might be a bit better for him, considering how well the justice system seems to like him. Stay tuned!!!
