Over on Lizzo’s tiktok page, she announced that she would be doing a special livestream concert on Dec. 4th, and said that it could be streamed from anywhere in the world. But this concert is going to be a little different because not only will Lizzo be showing off her musical talents, but she will also be auctioning off a piece of personal artwork that she did herself in the livestream.
We would say that this artwork is handmade by Lizzo herself but that would not be entirely true because for the main part of the art, no hands were used. Instead, Lizzo got extremely creative and used an asset that one one was expecting… her derrier!

That’s right, Lizzo painted up her caboose and spread it all over the canvas and now some extremely dedicated fan can have this one of a kind piece of memorabilia just for attending a livestream and participating in the auction. The performance is actually going to be live in Miami but Lizzo and AmEx have teamed up to be extra kind to her fans who are immuno-compromised or those who haven’t gotten their boosters yet and decided to make her concert streamable. Hey, good idea! Considering how things have been going at concert venues lately, this is a really ingenius idea by Lizzo.
But back to the thing we’re really here to talk about: the painting.
We’re not sure if anyone was actually asking for this kind of artwork from Lizzo but artists have gotten stranger requests, we’re sure. Either way she has delivered. No word on what the starting bid is at but we’re sure it will skyrocket due to the dedicated Lizzo fans out there.
This is quite possibly one of the most inventive things that we’ve ever seen a musical artist do, maybe its not exactly groundbreaking but it is inventive and attention getting. One also has to wonder who will be the lucky fan and where they will place it in their home? Wherever it goes will be quite the conversation starter. Stay tuned!!!
