Kyle Rittenhouse, 18, shot three men, killing two and injuring one during an altercation on the streets of Kenosha, Wisconsin on August 25th of 2020.
Rittenhouse was immediately deemed guilty by a large swathe of the online community, saying things like, “he should never have been there”, and “he killed people, put him in jail.” It seems these rash answers came far too early as more damning testimony has come out that defends Rittenhouse’s actions.
Gaige Grosskreutz, 27, admitted in court that he was advancing on Rittenhouse with a gun drawn before Kyle fired.

Rittenhouse’s lawyers have been defending him, claiming self-defense, and with Grosskreutz’s words, they may have just won their case. Rittenhouse denies six counts, including reckless homicide and intentional homocide.
Grosskreutz was at the protest volunteering as a medic and said in court that he was a part of a social justice group called the People’s Revolution Movement.
While under cross-examination, Grosskreutz was asked,
“It wasn’t until you pointed your gun at him, advanced on him, with your gun, now your hands down pointed at him, that he fired, right?” to which Grosskreutz simply replied, “Correct.”
Popular gun enthusiast and influencer Colion Noir shared the clip on his social media.
Armed with a semi-automatic rifle, Rittenhouse shot two other men after he was assaulted, and shot Grosskreutz in the arm as he pulled up a gun to fire at him.
This is huge in the case, and will dramatically help Rittenhouse. In the clip, you can see Rittenhouse wipe away a few tears as he understands how helpful this is to his arguement.
