Video Shows White Man Justifying Why It Is Fine For Him To Use The N-Word Outside Kyle Rittenhouse Trial

A Reddit video has gone viral after it showed a white man protesting and standing outside the courthouse where Kyle Rittenhouse’s case was being heard while holding a sign stating ‘black crime matters.’

Kyle, for his part, was on trial after he had shot two people dead and injured one other in response to protests that had followed following the police shooting of Jacob Blake.

Although Kyle has since then been declared not guilty, it did not stop this video causing a stir. In the video here, we can see that a news reporter is being told by the man that it is fine to use the N-word even though he is a white man.

The reporter in question was a black man, who had to listen to his explanation. According to the protestor, he referenced several black stars who had used the N-word. This included Richard Pryor, Mike Tyson and Dave Chapelle.

Therefore, the man argued that this should not be simply based upon a person’s race. The man is heard saying the following: “Why is it that depending on your race, you can say the word [N-word].”

Naturally, this got a lot of people from the crowd talking as they tried to explain why it was inappropriate to do that. While they did their best to try and explain it, the man simply raised his voice so that they were no longer audible.

And he responded in a way that he felt proved he was right. He added: “So if you hear the word [N-word] and somebody’s around the corner, do you have to look and see who the person was that said it and…find out if you’re hurt?”

The response on social media was heavily against the protestor, with many people becoming upset at what they had just seen. One person wrote: “I’ve never felt more uncomfortable watching something in my life.”

With Kyle’s trial now over, there is a feeling that the decision is not going to satisfy all those who were personally affected by Kyle’s actions. That is why there might still be more stories to come.
