Teresa Giudice says that she had no idea that her boyfriend Luis Ruelas was planning to propose to her during their romantic gateway to Greece last week even though there was a camera crew set up at the scene, an elaborate and illuminated ‘Marry Me’ sign on display and professional photos that were taken (that Teresa seemed to be prepared for) and later sold to People Magazine for exclusive rights. Here’s what she has to say.
Teresa opened up about the proposal during a cooking tutorial with Amazon Live. “The proposal was amazing,” she marveled. “I had no idea. I thought we were just going on vacation!”

Luis proposed to his reality television star girlfriend during their vacation to Greece together. He proposed while surrounded by rose petals and candles in the shape of a heart. The businessman popped the question in front of an illuminated “Marry Me” sign with Teresa of course saying “yes.”
“I was like, ‘Oh my God!’” the reality star shared during the livestream. “I started crying and it was really nice.”
She added, “As he’s [proposing], the sparklers are going off and then the fireworks are going off, so I’m like a little kid, just looking all around.”
Teresa said the New Jersey-based businessman then told her, “So, babe, will you marry me?,” to which she replied, “Yeah!”
“It was really magical,” the “Ultimate Girls Trip” star said. “It was so beautiful. I’ll never forget it. It was like something you always wanted.”
