Joe Giudice is tired of living the beautiful life in Italy and just wants to get home to his family in New Jersey again. In fact, the former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star is trying to get back into the U.S. just so he could see his children again. Here’s what you need to know.
Joe, who shares four daughters with his ex-wife Teresa Giudice – Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audrina – wants to come back to the U.S. after spending the last two years in Italy. He was deported in October of 2018 after serving three years in prison for fraud. Teresa had also spent a year in prison, too.

“I would like to be able to see my children again in our home state, be a part of their lives, be physically present when they need me and watch them grow up,” Joe said, adding that he is also hoping to reunite with more loved ones.
“I yearn to hold my grandmother in my arms again before the time comes [in which] she is no longer on this Earth. [I want to] be with my mother [and] my family, to be in the place I have called home since I was a year old.”
“I’m hopeful and pray that I can finally go home in the near future,” continued Joe, who frequently meets up with his daughters in the Caribbean.
But if there’s one person who probably doesn’t miss Joe all that much, it’s Teresa. The reality star recently admitted she “didn’t feel anything” for her ex Joe in bed after he returned home from his prison stint.
During the Peacock spinoff “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” Teresa said she felt “nothing” for Joe after they both finished their sentences for fraud. “When he got out, I was like, ‘This is my true test. What will I feel?’ And I didn’t feel anything,” Teresa, 49, told Cynthia Bailey.
“I hate to even say this, but one night, he laid on top of me but without clothes on, and he was trying to kiss me, and I just couldn’t even open my mouth,” she recalled.
“I was so disconnected.” “I thought we’d be together forever, but our marriage could not survive that,” she said.
