She’s going to be okay, you guys. Really, she is. Prince Charles has given an update on his mother Queen Elizabeth’s health status following the news that the royal family dealt with a health scare after Her Majesty spent a night in the hospital last month. Here’s what you need to know.

According to reports, Prince Charles was visiting Brixton when some well-wishers had asked him about the Queen’s status. A man in the crowd then asked: “Prince Charles, how is your mother?”

The royal patted the man on the arm, and replied: “She’s alright, thank you.” Earlier this week, it was reported that the Queen was given the all-clear to fly to Sandringham after she spent the last two weeks resting at home, as per her doctor’s orders.

Queen Elizabeth is currently in Sandringham, where she plans to host her annual Christmas dinner party with the rest of the royal family. This will be the first Christmas that the Queen will spend without her husband Prince Philip, who passed away back in April at the age of 99.

One source close to the situation explains, “The Queen had been hoping she would still be able to spend the weekend at Sandringham and was delighted her doctors gave her the all clear to travel. Her Majesty is very much looking forward to hosting her family at her Norfolk home for the Christmas holiday and there is much preparation to be done in time to accommodate everyone who has been invited.”

The tipster added, “The Queen has many happy memories of being at Sandringham with the family over Christmas and was in the firm belief that she was far better off being there in person to oversee everything as much as possible.”
