Chrissy Teigen continues to suffer backlash following her recent cyberbullying scandal in which she was accused of sending inappropriate messages to other people on social media.
Chrissy Teigen Posters End Up Plastered On A Shopping Mall After ‘Much Media Coverage Of Her Being Cancelled’
Chrissy, for her part, lost several brand deals as a result of her actions. While a significant amount of time has passed since then, coupled with the fact that the model has apologised over her actions, not everyone seems to have forgotten the saga.
One of those includes the boutique shop by the name of ‘Kitson.’ In the pictures here, we can see that the store had several posters of the model. In one of them, the word ‘cancelled’ had been written over in red in capital letters.
In addition, the other poster shows a negative headline about her with the following statement ‘#SurvivingChrissyTeigen.’ In a post on the shop’s Instagram, this is what they had to say about it all: “We hope you like our annual Holiday windows.
“We gave Chrissy two slots this year as there was so much media coverage of her being cancelled.” This is not the first time that the store has done this, and in fact, it is something that happens often.
According to reports, the shop engages in doing something called the defamatory ‘People of the Year wall’ every year. This is designed to hold those people who have done negative things to account and make sure that they do not do similar things again in order to avoid public embarrassment.
Chrissy was not the only one to make it on the wall, however. Some of the other high-profile names that were displayed on the shop included Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden and former United States President Barack Obama, to name a few.
Despite there being feelings that this may be a little overboard, the shop defended its position. They simply wanted to make sure that this type of behaviour did not ever happen again.
Their following comments confirmed as much: “Pass this along to whoever you wish as together we can make a difference.”
