Caitlyn Jenner has shockingly revealed that the notorious O.J. Simpson had informed his ex-wife Nicole Smith that he would murder her and, in doing so, escape the punishment.

Caitlyn, for her part, did have a connection with Nicole, given that she was once married to her best friend, Kris Jenner. And given that Caitlyn is now on Australia’s version of ‘Big Brother, ‘ she wanted to make sure that she left an impression with her fellow housemates.
And that is something that she certainly did. In an episode of the show, she had said: “Obviously he did it and he got away with it, and at one point he even told Nicole, ‘I’ll kill you and get away with it because I’m O.J. Simpson.”
Regardless of whether this story was true or not, Caitlyn should have been more tactful with her comments. After all, Nicole may no longer be here, but she does have children: Sydney and Justin.
As such, she could have stayed away from this topic out of respect for Nicole by not bringing back the painful memories for those who still have a connection with Nicole.
And yet, Caitlyn continued to spill the beans. It turns out that Kris’ ex-husband Robert Kardashian was part of the legal team who had defended OJ Simpson.
After having gone through the court procedure, Caitlyn realised that Nicole was correct when the courts decided that he was not guilty. She added: “We were at the courthouse. We were watching what was going on in the other room.
“And even after the not guilty verdict… Kris turns around to me and goes, ‘We should’ve listened to Nicole. She was right, right from the beginning.'”
It is clear where Caitlyn’s loyalties lie. There is nothing wrong with having an opinion, but to broadcast it over such a sensitive issue is uncalled for. The justice system, whether one agrees with it or not, has come to a decision.
The best thing she could have done is remember the positive influence that Nicole had rather than making such statements for the sake of publicity.
