Chris Lambton, who was best known for being on The Bachelorette, has been looking back at his time on the show with a focus on some of the things he regretted.

Chris, for his part, was on a different show of the franchise when he met his wife, Peyton Lambton. Chris appeared on the sixth season of The Bachelorette, while Peyton was on the 10th season of The Bachelor.

But after having met each other through a mutual friend, they did not look back. And yet, the show which had played some part in bringing them together also had some negative moments.

And one of those moments included a terrible time with clothing, as Chris went on to point out. In an interview with Us Weekly, Chris said: “I didn’t know how much to pack. So, I think it was, like, five episodes in.

“I was borrowing clothes from all the other guys on my season. And I ended up walking home with two shirts from Craig Robinson, who was on my season.”

However, that would go on to be the first disaster of many that would follow. During the course of a group date, Chris was pulling out all the stops to make sure that the lead would notice him.

He did go on to make an impression that would live long in the memory, but unfortunately for him, it was the wrong impression. An incident involving a horse put an end to him impressing his date.

He added: “All the guys were on horses, and I fell off my horse. My horse didn’t like me. We just didn’t see eye to eye. So, Ty Brown, who’s like a cowboy, like, legitimately a cowboy, rode in and, like, saved me like I was a damsel in distress.”

Naturally, those incidents stayed with Chris forever and led to some of his co-stars teasing him over whether he could be a proper man.

His following comments confirmed as much: “[They were] like, ‘You can’t ride a horse, and some guy has to save you on The Bachelor,’ like, ‘Great job. You’re really manly in that episode.”
