Former Bachelorette, Becca Kufrin has made several appearances throughout the long running Bachelor franchise and now she has been tapped to make one more when she hosts “The Bachelor Live on Stage” tour.
Becca was announced this week as the host of “The Bachelor Live on Stage” tour in a statement made by Warner Bros. studio. The live show will see hand-picked audience members to come up on stage and experience a similar journey as the contestants who move into the Bachelor mansion.
“The Bachelor Live on Stage” is also said to include many male contestants from previous seasons of Bachelor in Paradise and The Bachelorette.
‘The Bachelorette’ Alum Becca Kufrin Will Host 2022’s ‘The Bachelor Live on Stage’ Tour
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Becca shared some more details about the production, teasing that it will feature some of the iconic moments and drama that Bachelor Nation will know and love. Rose ceremonies, group dates, even fantasy dates will happen on the stage, all within the two-hour window.
Becca has quite the Bachelor Nation resume. Originally a cast member on the Arie Luyendyk Jr. helmed season 22 of The Bachelor, Becca initially won Arie’s final rose and a Neil Lan engagement ring, only to be dumped weeks later. The engagement was called off and Arie moved on to runner-up Lauren Burnham. The two are now married with three children.
Becca then dusted herself off, became season 14 Bachelorette and got engaged again, this time to Garrett Yrigoyen. Yet again, the engagement didn’t work out.
Last seen on Bachelor in Paradise, Becca hooked up with ‘villain’ Thomas Jacobs. While the couple didn’t leave Paradise together, they have since rekindled their romance.
No word yet on if Thomas will join Becca on the tour, or Ben Higgins for that matter.
This isn’t the first Bachelor tour planned. Both Becca and Ben were originally set to host “The Bachelor Live” tour, a 66-city live show that was shelved when the pandemic hit. At the time it was described by Ben and Becca as a regular Bachelor season encapsulated into one night as the pair introduced a hometown bachelor to local women from the audience. As in the reality TV dating series, he will get to know them through dates, games, and rose ceremonies. At the end of the show, that night’s Bachelor will hand out the final rose to the woman he had the strongest connection with.
The vague details given about this new “The Bachelor Live on Stage” tour has it seeming like some of these elements will be kept with more alumni added.
We will share more details about “The Bachelor Live on Stage” as we receive them.
