It hasn’t been a great time for Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Urban Meyer the last few months. Not only has he been on a losing streak, but Meyer was also filmed with his fingers up a lady’s butt at a bar. Before the video was even released, there was a photo circulating with him and the woman, and the news that his wife was at home babysitting their grandchildren.
Now, the mother of the woman in the video is expressing concern for her daughter and is “worried for her emotional status.”
The 24-year-old woman was dancing on the coach’s lap at a Columbus, Ohio bar. The clip has since gone viral.

“(She) can’t even go anywhere. It’s ruining her life is what it’s doing. I’m worried for her emotional status right now.” the woman’s mother told USA Today.
The marketing company which the woman worked at also launched an internal investigation to determine whether the video would have an impact on her workplace. The woman’s daughter hopes that she doesn’t get fired, as she just bought a house, and needs the work.
Meyer has spoken privately to the Jaguars to express his remorse and take responsibility. Of course, this comes after he had already lied about what happened.
The entire thing is a mess, but one thing that’s concerning is how the woman is being disciplined when from what it looks like, she wasn’t in the wrong, Meyer was. Meyer is the married man, left his wife with the grandchildren and was groping and grabbing on her.
The story continues to develop, but I almost guarantee Meyer’s days in the NFL are numbered.
