This chapter in their lives has come to an end. There’s a new report that says Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green has reached an agreement in their divorce settlement. Here’s what you need to know.

According to TMZ, the ex-couple did not have a prenup, which means they will have to split everything as per California law. It’s also unclear as to whether or not either party will be paying spousal or child support.

However, their divorce documents do state that there was a settlement agreed upon outside of court. It was also noted that Megan will change her last name back to Fox from Green.

Megan pulled the plug on her marriage to Brian right before the Thanksgiving holiday back in 2020. Megan and Brian were married for 10 and a half years and they share three children together, Noah, 8, Bodhi, 6, and 4-year-old Journey.

During that time, Megan slammed her estranged husband Brian for apparently feeding into rumors that she is an absent mother. Megan called out her ex after he posted a Halloween photo that only included their young son, Journey.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed Megan’s comment when she asked Brian why he was using their children to “posture via Instagram.” In the photo, the former Beverly Hills 90210 star can be seen dancing in a yeti costume with their four-year-old son Journey walking by as Spider Man.

Megan wrote, “Why does Journey have to be in this picture? It’s not hard to crop them out. Or choose photos that they aren’t in. I had a great Halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media. I know you love your kids. But I don’t know why you can’t stop using them to posture via Instagram. You’re so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I’m an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year.”
