Hollywood actress Blake Lively has blasted a member of the paparazzi for taking a picture of her alongside her children and husband Ryan Reynolds on the grounds of a breach of privacy.

The photo had allegedly been uploaded to Instagram, which showed the couple walking with their three daughters. And given that the moment was an intimate one with the family, Blake was left seething at the lack of sensitivity that the media had, especially since it involved her young children.
In a post to her fans on Instagram, Blake blasted the paparazzi member. She said: “These men stalk and harass my children. And you are still posting. You said you would stop.
“You personally promised me. This is not casual appreciation. This is YOU also exploiting very young children. Please. Delete. Please.”
This statement does raise an important point, however. There is a fine line between the right to privacy and something that is considered to be rightfully within the public interest.
And given that Blake is a major Hollywood star with her public life always being talked about, there is an argument that this is just a part of the job that she has entered into. And yet, it could also be stated otherwise.
As she shares so many things with the public, there should be a cut-off point where certain things should be private. As for Blake, she is firmly on the side of the latter. She added: “Some parents are ok with this. We. Are. NOT.”
That is why she urged her followers to respond by disassociating themselves from anyone looking to exploit children for the sake of views and fame. And by the looks of it, her fans took those things on board to help Blake out.
She continued: “Thank you to everyone UNFOLLOWING accounts who exploit children. YOU make ALL the difference. Thank you for your integrity. Thank you.”
Blake’s comments are nothing out of the ordinary, and it is something that she will have to get used to. After all, the media are not going to be going anywhere. So it is probably wise that she becomes more prudent with her behaviour.
