‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that while Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) has given her word to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) about doing their “ask a doctor a thing show”, there are sharks in the water that are trying to get Elena for themselves.
At first, it looked like Elena may turn down the offer from Chancellor Communications, however, she actually had some ideas herself and wanted to do more of a preventative medicine show instead of waiting for people to have questions. Lily loved the idea and Elena has given her word that she will do it. However, I think there might be a chance she changes her mind.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) Tries To Steal Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) From Chancellor Communications – Will She Change Her Mind?
Elena has been picking up extra shifts at the hospital, working around the clock, and is exhausted. Most of the time she can’t even make it through a dinner or a launch party without having to leave her new head of surgery boyfriend, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
While I’m sure Chancellor Communications is paying her for her new gig, I wonder if a pay increase from Newman Media may pique her interest. If she had a little extra cash, maybe she wouldn’t be so inclined to pick up so many shifts and would be able to spend more time with Nate. Plus, it’s Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Not many people can turn the man down.
While she may stick to her guns, I suspect that she may end up regretting it and begging for the chance again. I think Nate might appreciate it to be honest. They haven’t seen each other much lately and maybe this could change it.
