Britney Spears’ life has dominated the public domain, and now there are further shocking revelations that have been revealed by the New York Times’ Documentary entitled: ‘Controlling Britney Spears.’
New Documentary SHOCKINGLY Claims That Britney Spears’ House Was Bugged!
It is clear that Britney had major restrictions on her life. She was prevented from marrying Sam Ashgari, as well as having children with him.
But just when you thought that was bad enough, the documentary revealed further extreme measures that the singer was being subjected to. And one of those included none other than having her house bugged.
In an interview with Variety, the documentary’s producer, Liz Day said: “People have speculated that her phone is bugged or her house is bugged, but no one really ever had proof.
“So, to have someone come forward with proof was so revealing and helps us understand.” And on further inspection, the manner in which her privacy was being breached was shocking.
According to Britney’s head of security at the time, the singer’s conversations were being recorded. This included interactions with her children, even matters that she discussed intimately.
The director of the documentary, Samantha Stark, confirmed as much: “He [head of security] described how he saved the copy of the audio recording [from her home].
“We reviewed that audio to make sure it was authentic and accurate to what he was describing.” Nevertheless, if this is true, then it does raise questions over why did people not come forward earlier?
Well, it seems that they did not want to risk going into a legal case for defamation which would cost them millions in legal expenses. As such, they had no option but to keep silent or speak, knowing that their anonymity was protected.
Samantha’s following comments said as much: “Almost everyone we talked to had signed an NDA. That was a big concern. A lot of people who saw things…were thinking, ‘How could I ever go up against these people?”
This documentary only goes on to show that Britney was telling the truth about her bad treatment. And having this out in the open will help her overcome the conservatorship battle that she is facing.
