It’s the year 2021 and apparently, there are some people out there who still think it’s cool to talk like this. Reality television star Tarek El Moussa literally “flipped out” on his ex-wife Christina Haack while on the set of their HGTV reality show, “Flip or Flop.”
Apparently, Tarek erupted after Christina simply signaled for him that they were ready to start shooting and that’s when the drama started. Here’s what you need to know.
According to TMZ, Tarek lost his cool and went on a verbal tirade directed towards his ex-wife and it wasn’t pretty. Tarek said that he “made” Christina, called her a washed-up loser and said that he enjoys watching her fail.

He also screamed, “Look at me, look at me, look at me. It’s called winning” and capped off his rant by screaming at her … “The world knows you’re crazy!”
This all comes after Christina recently admitted to smoking toad venom with her new boyfriend Joshua Hall. One source close to the situation says Tarek’s anger towards Christina stems from her recent admission and that his concern is for the safety of their two children.
The insider says that because they are two exes that are also working so closely together, there would be tension from time to time, and this time happened to be one of them.
So far neither Christina nor Tarek have made any comments about the incident, but the internet sure had a lot to say about it.
Some comments from critics have included, “I always found their show troubling when they were married. Christina would routinely smile simperingly and basically repeat what Tarek had just said. I feel bad for having at the time assumed she lacked substance, when now it’s clear she was afraid to set him off. I wish she could cut all ties other than co-parenting.”
Along with, “There’s not enough money in the world to convince me to put myself in a position of having to live like that again. If I were her I’d beg, borrow, and steal to get out of my contract and stick to co-parenting only – and distantly co-parenting, at that.”
Another critic said, “Wow, I can’t believe he said that to her in front of people….or at all. I don’t care what is happening between you and your ex with whom you co-parent, you don’t demean them like that. She went through another divorce which was probably really hard, has another kid to take care of. I’m not crazy about her but she doesn’t deserve that.”
