Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ OG Kyle Richards felt the sting of mother nature this weekend when she was stung by multiple bees in her Beverly Hills backyard.

The Bravolebrity posted her ordeal to her Instagram story on Sunday after being released from the ER where she was rushed after happening upon the large hive on Saturday. The most terrifying thing about the attack is that Kyle is allergic to bees!

Along with photos of herself on oxygen in a hospital bed, Kyle sent out a PSA about the use of EpiPens. She began by explaining she walked into the hive and is not only terrified of bees, but allergic.

She further wrote “I share this story with you because I sometimes don’t bother to take my EpiPen with me. I also don’t know why I couldn’t get mine to work. “

She further wrote about the importance of watching instructional videos on how different EpiPens work and to always call 911, even if the EpiPen does give the shot of epinephrine, as paramedics have more types of medicine to administer. Especially important if going into anaphylaxis shock!

Along with the pictures and comments, Kyle shared backyard CCTV footage of the attack. She can be seen running, screaming as bees are stinging her face and getting tangled in her hair. Eventually Kyle jumps in her pool to get the bees off her.

In a separate post Kyle gave a huge shout out to the local fire department who came swiftly to her aid when 911 was called for the reality star. She took a photo of herself and the firefighters when they came back to visit and check up on her on Sunday.

Kyle’s trip to hospital is pretty much the first report this season on any Real Housewife in the Beverly Hills franchise who isn’t Erika Jayne…now we wonder how much money Erika paid Kyle to risk life and limb and give Erika a day off from the tabloids.

We jest…we think!
