Braunwyn Windham-Burke and Fernanda Rocha, best known from The Real Housewives of Orange County, are officially dating.
‘Real Housewives of Orange County’: Braunwyn Windham-Burke Has A New Flame
Fernanda, for her part, had just finalised her split from her wife (Tessa Rocha) before she began to hook up with Braunwyn. The latter, though, is still married to her current husband (Sean Burke) as they navigate their ‘open relationship’ for the sake of their kids.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Braunwyn confirmed how she is looking to get closer to Fernanda. She said: “I’m dating Fernanda. The first time that we went from friends to maybe a little more — and, like, barely more — was in February.”
Fans have already begun to criticise Braunwyn over how quick she has jumped in with Fernanda. Fernanda had only split from her wife officially a month ago, and rather than taking some time away to heal from it all, Braunwyn has seized the opportunity after only having herself come out of a relationship with her ex-girlfriend Kris.
But Braunwyn is not letting the critics get to her. She added: “We can both date other people. She just got out of a marriage. We’re both in our forties. You know, we really love the time we spend together. She’s amazing…Neither one of us is rushing into labels.”
Regardless of what happens in this relationship, whoever goes with Braunwyn needs to get with the programme over her marital set-up with Sean. They may be still married, but they allow each other to date other people.
That has not got Braunwyn worried, as Sean has seemingly taken to Fernanda, which can only benefit everyone. She continued: “We don’t have any plans to divorce, not to say we won’t ever get divorced. There’s no reason to right now…He [Sean] hangs out with [Fernanda]. I mean, it’s better.”
Braunwyn is often criticised for how she goes about her love life, but you have to give it to her. She does not care in the slightest. As long as it works between Braunwyn, Sean and their respective partners, then who are we to say otherwise. We will have to see how this will all turn out.
