Can it get any worse? Actually, it can. There are new reports that says Queen Elizabeth has been left absolutely ‘gobsmacked’ by Prince Harry’s new Apple Plus series on mental health, The Me You Can’t See.
And that’s not because the Queen doesn’t want to see anyone talking about their mental health issues, but rather, she doesn’t want to hear her grandson dragging the rest of the royal family through the mud with his shocking revelations. Here’s what you need to know.
Harry has made it no secret that he isn’t a fan of his father’s parenting and that he thinks he could have done a better job of being a father when the prince was younger.

Harry accused Charles of handing him down a “cycle of genetic pain” and that “he treated me the way he was treated,” suggesting that Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth didn’t do such a good job in parenting, either.
Prince Harry put it this way, “There’s no blame. I don’t think we should be pointing the finger or blaming anybody. But certainly when it comes to parenting, if I’ve experienced some form of pain or suffering because of the pain or suffering that perhaps my father or my parents had suffered, I’m going to make sure that I break that cycle so that I don’t pass it on. There’s a lot of genetic pain and suffering that gets passed on anyway. We parents, we should be doing the most of we can to try and say, you know what? That happened to me. I’m going to make sure that doesn’t happen to you.”
And now sources close to the palace say both Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles can’t believe that Harry is saying this kind of stuff out loud and in front of a camera for the world to see, no less.
One tipster put it this way, “Those around the queen and Prince Charles are absolutely gobsmacked by what has happened. It is a question of trust, and honestly any of that is hanging by a thread at the moment. No one within the Palace circles has anything but sympathy for Harry’s trauma and troubled life, but there is upset and discomfort at him sharing it on an international television show. Certainly the intimate detail of his hardships paint a very negative picture of his family and upbringing. Many people have a different view.”
If that weren’t another, another source also suggests that the terms in which Harry had initially pitched the show to the queen were viewed as “clearly misleading.” In other words, Queen Elizabeth didn’t expect for this to happen and she is quite worried that her grandson might say even more misleading things about the royal family in the near future.
