Jana Kramer has admitted that she still has a lot of anger towards Mike Caussin for his role in breaking up their marriage and family unit.
Jana Kramer Still Resents Mike Caussin
Jana had given her all, in trying to make the family stay together, but Mike was unable to cut out his unfaithfulness. And that is something that Jana will continue to hold against him. In an interview on the Unzipped podcast, Jana stated how she is still seething from everything.
She said: “It hasn’t been easy. I can’t just show the perfect stuff. Today I even had a hard day. This is the first night that my kids aren’t going to sleep at the house, and you know, it’s just a reality I didn’t want… I get really angry about it.”
But Jana had to accept the reality. She admitted that she went into a slump of depression following her decision to file for divorce. And yet, she knew she had to pull herself together for the sake of the children. She opened up about how her kids Jolie and Jace have already noticed Mike’s absence from the house.
And as a way to avoid putting any unneeded distress on them, she is looking to put on a tough face for them. She added: “Even though it hurts, and it’s painful. It’s good for me. It’s good for the kids, [it gets easier. It’s still super hard. It’s still, like, I’m gonna have to deal with him for the rest of my life.”
But the very fact that Mike is the father of her children has made it particularly difficult for Jana. She will always be reminded by him, especially since they are co-parenting. Until Jana fully moves on with her life, most likely by finding another man, she will always be haunted by the past.
Her following comments confirmed as much: “I wish we could just be, like, ‘All right, peace out.’ Like, ‘Great knowing you. You do you.” Let us hope that Jana can settle down with a new man and find someone happiness. She has been linked with Graham Bunn, but time will tell if anything comes good in that regard.
