Jana Kramer has blasted trolls who have criticised her after she referred to herself as a single mother.

Jana, for her part, is a parent of two kids: Jolie and Jace. While she has split up from her husband, Mike Caussin, amid their impending divorce, the latter is still very much involved in the children’s lives as the pair navigate their co-parenting.
That was the reason why a certain subset of fans bashed her for labelling herself as a single mother. In a post to her fans on Instagram, Jana doubled down on her beliefs. In the picture, we can see her lying down in her bed. The post was captioned by the following comments: “People were hating on me because I said I was a single mom.
“But I am single. I am a mom. To further drive my point home, I looked up the definition, and it’s a parent who has the kids more than 50%.” Jana did not stop her attack there, and she does have a point. She has the majority of childcare responsibilities, as well as juggling her own acting/singing career. Not only that, Mike has the added luxury of being able to live in his house without the kids being there.
Therefore, the burden of responsibility is clearly on Jana. And she called out the critics by issuing them a challenge to say those negative comments to her face. She added: “[To those] mean trolls, you don’t know me, so don’t be mean. Come over for a glass of wine and then judge me all you want after u get to know me.
“Okay, rant over this isn’t relaxing. Choose kindness. Choose love.” The emotional toll of it all is the reason why Jana stated she is looking to take a break and have some time for herself. This is understandable, as she needs to remain strong and in the best possible shape for her kids, in order to keep them happy and healthy.
