‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe Lane) Decides Working Out is Bad For Her Health

‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers find that star Nadia Bjorlin is full of bumps and bruises and muscle strains these days, but not all of it is from her physical scenes when Chloe was held hostage by Jan Spears (Heather Lindell).

In fact, as Nadia told Soap Opera Digest, her prior injury ruined the previously planned, highly choreographed scene as Philip Kiriakis (Kenneth Jay Johnson) strode in to save the day.

So, what was Nadia doing to hurt herself so much that she was put in a back brace? Was she sky-diving? Fighting off three burly men in a back alley? White water rafting through class 5 rapids?

“Pilates,” Nadia replied coyly. “That’s so lame. I don’t even have a good war story.”

Nadia severely pulled a muscle in her stomach and, after an MRI, discovered even more disconcerting news. The discs in her spine are degenerating.

“Really uplifting news,” she said, sarcasm dripping.

Nadia did get to show off some true work injuries to her husband, eventually. Being tied up by Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) was a career first for Nadia, but the cable ties left her wrists bruised.

“This is probably not a good look in the real world,” Nadia mused.

She also told of how the props department cut the ties off her wrists at the end of shooting the scene and gave them to her to show her husband the difference in their work days!

Laughs Nadia, “He was like, ‘I’m sorry Honey, what? What are you doing at work?’”

Well, he doesn’t need to worry abut his wife being battered at work any longer, but he should know she is currently being pursued by two very attractive men! At least she won’t have to do anything physical to irritate her muscle injury or discs!

With both Phillip and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) hoping to romance the blue eyed beauty, all Chloe (and Nadia) has to do is  sit back on the couch and enjoy the foot rubs while  being fanned by a palm frond and being fed grapes.
