Recently, Britney Spears took to Instagram to share one of her most relatable posts yet, one about Motherhood! She said that she had her babies very young (both of her sons are now 14 and 15) and that when they were with her when they were little and she was on tour that all of the babies at the pool would always flock to her because she would always bring the most toys.
Awww! Fans in her comments started gushing, saying what a good Mom she was. Considering both of her children made it into their teen years and so far we’ve seen nothing but good co-parenting from her and ex-hubby Kevin Federline, then, I guess we can agree. (Although there was that one incident where Britney had her infant son in the front seat with her while she was driving, but hey, he lived!)

In another recent post on instagram with her two boys, she said that they had turned into such gentlemen and she was so proud of them, she must have done something right. It’s amazing to see how much her sons have grown. No longer are they the young tots that we remember, but they are now burgeoning on young men, not unlike Britney was herself, back in the late 90’s when she first hit stardom.
She said that she hadn’t posted them on her social media in awhile because, according to her, “they’re at the age where they want to expess their own identities, and I totally get it.”
Some of us fans are breathing a sigh of relief for Brit’s boys here, because as we all know, Britney has been fighting to be able to express her own identity for close to 13 years.
She’s still in a conservatorship and can’t make any financial decisions without her Dad’s input, even though she has a trust that oversees her estate now, thankfully she got a judge to back her up that Bessemer Trust has a controlling interest in her estat as well. Still, it’s good to see that Britney is allowing her boys to be the individuals that she was never allowed to be. Stay tuned!!!
